Business Data Analyst

1. Work under the direct supervision of the Operation Manager and report to the Operation Manager on a daily basis.

2. Collect large sets of raw data in Excel/SAS queries pulled from Access databases on our hospital CPSI servers.

3. Develop business models and analyze large datasets within a distributed data environment.

4. Maintain corporate protocol of Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) Emergency Department Patient Experience of Care (EDPEC) fiscal year goal.

5. Collect business data and analyze the trend of social media data, HCAHPS, OAS,CAHPS, EDPEC, and leapfrog Safety Grade.
