ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Job Description
The Account Executive creates opportunities to increase sales through relationship-building activities and outreach, nurturing of existing clients, and building the pipeline of potential clients through referral partners.
The Account executive will close sales on behalf of StayNue by prospecting by building a database of referral partners and leads at a high level due to a high degree of emotional intelligence, proven ability to develop and nurture relationships. and strong closing ability.
Responsibilities
Perform “intentional outreach activities” including phone calls, e-mails, posting in social media groups, face-to-face appointments, office drop-bys, joining and attending networking groups, and presentations.
Find and nurture new leads
Fill, maintain, and work the client pipeline.
Nurture the existing and past clients to prepare for renewal of service agreements.
Identify new social media channels where our ideal avatar spends their time. This may include investor groups and forums as well.
Leverage all our email lists, polls, responses, quizzes, pm list.
Respond to leads quickly and efficiently.
Make outbound sales calls to various lead sources.
Manage new leads with aggressive lead follow-up and a high conversion rate.
Ensure smooth handoff of new Clients to Client Care and Property Care teams
Meeting and exceeding deal quotas
Preparing commercial and pricing documents
Promoting the company's products and services
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Proven track record of helping companies grow annual revenue
Strong relationship, follow-up, and rapport building skills
The ability to develop, follow, and adapt to company scripts
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be able to navigate various software including, but not limited to, Asana, Google Docs, sheets, and slides.
Possess superb communication skills
Goal-oriented towards achieving overall company metrics and personal KPIs benchmarks
Confident, coachable & must have a growth mindset
Team player
Willing to go above and beyond
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to identify opportunities and to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Assets
Experience with real estate, property management, investors, etc.
Strong existing pipeline of connections
