National Head Construction - Industrial & Warehousing

Our client is one of the world's largest Industrial and Warehousing developer and operator with a presence across India.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and insight to the construction management team.

Share technical expertise and innovative trends in the construction industry.

Ensure continuous improvement of business processes by incorporating industry best practices for operational control, reporting procedures, and people systems.

Mentor and develop leaders to support the strategic objectives of the organization.

Deliver construction projects within the required parameters of budget, time, and quality.

Reporting to: Chief Development Officer

Team: All site (Pan India) construction management teams and Head office construction management team.

Must Requirements:

25+ years of work experience.

Industrial and Warehousing sector experience is a Must.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferably before 1998-00).

Experience in managing multiple projects of massive scale.

Leadership experience.

Postgraduate degree or NICMAR qualification is a plus.
