What you'll do:
Pastor the local campus through pastoral care, discipleship, assimilation, and connecting with people
Recruit and develop teams of volunteers
Lead and develop the campus team
Actively engage in and contribute to monthly worship sessions during All Staff
Develop and drive the campus outreach strategy and identify the needs in the community as an opportunity to serve
Provide floor supervision on the weekends and during midweek programming
Reproduce the DNA of Lakepointe at the local campus level
Serve as a host for weekend services
Spearhead campus programming
Facilitate campus growth
Teach discipleship classes and Bible studies as needed
Be the connection point between the English and Spanish staff, coordinating the strategies and needs of the campus
Skills & Experience you’ve had:
Built/grown ministries and teams
Teachable and humble spirit that pursues feedback and coaching
Ability to handle confidential information
Minimum of 5 years prior ministry experience
BA or BS degree preferred
Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish (oral and written)
