Purpose of role

To build, develop, leverage and retain teams/venues of motivated, multi-skilled consultants to address the delivery requirements related to targeted products and services, contributing to the strategic and financial goals of the organization, within the set corporate and legal frameworks. Where required this skills provision and its capacity will be built using a network of internal and external suppliers and contracts, whilst working within the set principles and policies set forth by Keyloop. The delivery will be measured against clearly set standards of excellence and be undertaken to commercially framed quality and time-managements expectation, set forth within the delivery contract and importantly in-line with commercial and customer expectations.

This is a key role in realisation of Keyloop Professional Services expected revenue and margin, to be achieved through robust skills development, management, and planning, ensuring optimal capacity, whilst future-proofing skills availability via an agnostic skills venue strategy. This role will also be assigned a billable target which will be in keeping with the mandate and formalised each fiscal year.

Role Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

Optimal provision, planning and deployment of expertise and skills, for both current/future demand, to meet TTV, commercial and customer expectations

Translates Keyloop strategy into an actionable plan to ensure optimal provision of highly valued skilled resources, to meet business objectives

Develops (alongside other functions) the successful leverage of various skills pool venues, to ensure immediate and future business needs are optimally met

Applies appropriate measures for individual/team results and skills development and retention

Ensure compliance with the legal requirements for associates as per specific requirements

Alignment, collaboration, and execution of delivery as agreed with PS Ops, Transformation, Delivery Risk

Works with leadership team to ensure clear communication of strategy, targets, and results/progress

Results Accountability

Lead team(s) comprising of expert Consultant staff to deliver services that meet commercial Corp/Functional objectives and goals

Manages performance of teams against plan/budget and supports accurate revenue forecasting

KPI’s focus and adherence (billability, utilization, rework, CSI, project profitability etc.)

Sets high standards of performance for self & others in delivering results and meeting commercial targets

Encourages and rewards innovative problem solving

Drives results through planning and measurable objectives

Uses data to make decisions to drive the business

Clearly articulates challenges/opportunities in meeting/exceeding set objectives

Provides quality reporting and updates on progress vs targets to key stake holders

Skills/ Knowledge & Experience

• Proven track record of successful people management, leadership skills and people development.

• Must be very strongly process-driven with a track record of successfully handling considerable change and the ability to work under pressure. • Commercially aware with very strong analytical skills.

• Must have the ability to define and maintain standard end-to-end business processes for the business vertical and work with product team to create efficiently deployable products.

• Must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of creating and executing on large strategic change programs.

• Knowledge of the Automotive industry (desirable, not essential)

• Ability to advise, persuade and influence people in a professional and effective manner

• Must be able to plan and deliver multiple tasks simultaneously and to effectively organise workload.

• Must demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Open for challenges and striving for continuous improvement, motivating, and engaged

• A team player who is influential and builds good working relationships across all functions.

• Flexibility, integrity and problem-solving skills are a pre-requisite to be successful in this role

Qualifications required

Essential

Technical / Professional qualification

Tertiary 1, e.g., Degree, post graduate qualifications or equivalent experience

Qualification in implementing quality process is desirable but not essential. E.g., Six Sigma Green Belt.
