Wage rate: $27.50 - $29 per hour ; To be negotiated depends on experience/ 30-40 hours per week.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Completion of a college program in accounting, bookkeeping or related fields is an asset.

Experience: Minimum one year relevant experience.

Language: English

Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word

Able to work independently

JOB DUTIES

Calculate and prepare cheques for payrolls, utility, tax and other bills

Prepare tax returns. Complete and submit tax remittance forms and other government documents.

Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.

Post journal entries and reconcile accounts. Prepare trial balance of books.

Maintain general ledgers and financial statements

Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports

Working setting : The candidate should be available to work full-time in the day.

9am to 5pm. Monday to Friday.
