Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Reviews computer logs, electronic log in a timely manner, for orders required to ship.
Gathers pick list and identifies material with flag/number provided by shipper.
Completes dock audits to ensure product compliance to customer.
Includes verification of part orientation on shipping pallet against Shipping Drawing binder stored Shipping Office.
Acts as liaison with drivers and material handlers
Ensures compliance with all relevant government and company regulations.
Scans loads as required.
Updates floor locations by scanning inventory
Maintains neat and accurate records of outgoing materials.
Communicate with Production Supervisors and Material Handlers regarding any required audits.
Reconcile Production documents when required.
Performs all other duties as assigned by Supervisor
General
Complies with the designated IATF16949 responsibilities, environmental management system, health & safety and company rules and guidelines.
Ensures company safety policies are adhered to and all department personnel and visitors utilize safe work habits. Wears personal protective equipment (PPE) as always required
Maintains a high standard of general housekeeping consistent with 5S standards
Strives for continuous improvement
Position Qualifications
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent
3 years of job-related experience
