Nurse Practitioner - $130K to $140K

Currently searching for a talented Nurse Practitioner to administer intra-articular pain management - trigger point injections. Will complete a physical exam and review the patient's history. Should have experience administering corticosteroid injections combined with lidocaine 1-2%. Ultrasound experience a plus! You should have experience treating and/or injecting the following:

1. Knees

2. Trochanteric Bursitis

3. Glenohumeral joint

4. Lateral and medial epicondylitis

5. Sub Talar joint

6. Sinus Tarsi

7. Plantar Fascitis

8. Great toe

9. Acromio-claviclelar joint

10. Shoulders
