POSITION DESCRIPTION DETAILS

The Personal Lines Account Manager will handle strategic personal lines clients, manage new business opportunities, and follow a path for professional development within Haughn & Associates. They must exemplify a consultative and service-minded approach to clients and prospects. Personal Lines Account Managers develop extensive personal lines insurance knowledge covering homeowners, auto, and other personal lines products.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Advise clients and prospects regarding auto, home and personal liability coverages

Act as a client advocate throughout major personal claims

Address client bills and pursues payments when necessary

Act as a primary point of contact for personal lines customers

Handle day to day service requests related to coverages and billing

Act as a liaison between insurance carriers and clients

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE

2-8 years personal lines insurance experience

Active Ohio personal lines producer license

College degree a plus

Willingness to pursue a program for professional development

Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus

WORK ARRANGEMENT

In Office

Hybrid with set schedule after 1 year of service

SALARY RANGE

$50,000-90,000 /yr
