YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for cooperating with the first distributors to recommend and daily management of city package distributors

Support first-tier distributors to lead city package distributors to meet Bayer's performance appraisal requirements

Guided by business results, support first-tier distributors to establish business communication and cooperation between Bayer's business promotion team and city package distributors

Assist first-tier distributors in empowerment training and business coaching for city package distributors

Regional business assistance to the first-tier distributors to the city package dealer semi-annual audit and daily data check

Responsible for the authentic, effectiveand timely reporting of terminal sales data in each city

Participate in the joint participation of the central business through the authorization of the first-tier distributors to the second-tier distributors

WHO YOU ARE

Familiar with the dealer sales network in the region, and have certain network resources

Nearly 5 years of experience in the channel management of medical high-value consumables of foreign companies

Experience in cooperation and relationship with major platform providers in the region

Distributors in the region have a certain understanding of the relationship network with important hospitals, and can help local business teams

Strong communication skills and business acumen

Strong sense of responsibility, enterprising spirit and team spirit

Have certain business negotiation skills

Have a certain entrepreneurial spirit
