Must haves:

• Must hold an ATP Certificate

• Must have at least three (3) years of supervisory or managerial experience in a position that exercised Operation Control over any operations conducted under 14 CFR Parts 121 or 135 (waiver is possible)

• Must be highly knowledgeable in all areas of operations under 14 CFR Part 135

• Must be capable of acting as Pilot In Command when the need arises

• Must be able to act as Company Training Captain

• Must be able to act as Company Check Pilot

What you will do:

Perform Chief Pilot responsibilities as directed by the Director of Operations and outlined in the Policy and Procedures Manual.

Uphold professionalism, responsibility, and ethics while representing the company as Chief Pilot.

Implement and enforce Company Policies and Procedures standards for Flight Crew Personnel.

Implement Company Operational Control Procedures and ensure compliance.

Develop and revise Company General and Aircraft Specific Training Manuals.

Direct and oversee training activities for Flight Crew Personnel in collaboration with Flight Operations Trainer.

Schedule Flight Crews effectively and efficiently.

Share responsibility for Operational Control with the Director of Operations.

Provide and maintain up-to-date aircraft books, checklists, and manuals.

Assist in personnel interviews, hiring, and discharge processes for Flight Crew Personnel.

Ensure currency of Electronic Flight Bags (EFBs) and track dissemination of company publications to Flight Crews.

Prepare and maintain records of pilot flight and duty times.

Implement a paperless records system and obtain regulatory approval/acceptance.

Maintain a full-time pilot schedule while fulfilling Chief Pilot duties on alternate weeks.

Perform any additional duties as assigned.
