Position Summary

SuperStud is looking for a motivated and reliable Receiving Clerk to add to our Logistics Department. You will have the opportunity to be part of a fast pace and growing company. We are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reports To: Logistics Manager

Hours: 1st Shift (0700am to 3:30pm)

Job Function

Receiving and verification of both steel and non-steel products.

Delivery of non-steel products and stocking of certain steel products with forklift.

Accurate and timely processing of paperwork and data entry.

Physical inspection and matching of contents to packing list/BOL.

Creating and/or confirming PO’s within proprietary ERP system.

Interacting with purchasing office to rectify possible issues and to coordinate receiving of trucks and rails.

Qualifications

Prior Inventory receiving experience, preferred

Motivated and able to follow instructions.

Able and willing to work outside and in all weather conditions.

Excellent integrity, good moral, strong character, initiative and leadership.

Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with people from all levels and departments.

Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Ability to use computers and software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Super Stud Warehouse Management System.

Strong basic math background and aptitude.

High attention to detail.

Ability and willingness to drive a forklift, after appropriate training.

Ability to work on feet and lift up to 75lbs on occation

Proof of US citizenship or legal resident alien status by completing Federal Form I-9 in compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.
