Position: Director of Occupational Health

Exciting opportunity where you’ll spearhead the creation and management of an innovative occupational health clinic, driving clinical excellence, staff development, and collaborative partnerships across various departments.

Location: Cambridge, MA

Status: Full-time

Duties:

Design and implementation of a comprehensive health service program

Develop and implement clinical guidelines, policies, procedures and protocols

Hire, manage, and mentor clinical and administrative staff

Lead on-going quality assessment and improvement of clinical programs

Develop and implement medical surveillance programs for pre-employment and periodic health maintenance

Set priorities for appropriate and efficient management of patient care

Collaborate with workers comp, human resources, EHS and others

Requirements:

Proven leadership in an occupational health role required

Masters degree in nursing or a related field

Self-directed with strong collaboration and negotiation skills

Expert analytical and communication skills

Strong management skills required
