Job Description*:

ServiceNow Senior Developer

Service Now Development experience in Implementing new Applications & Developing

Integrations, enhancing existing applications.

Good overall knowledge of ServiceNow Platform, various modules, Expertise in ServiceNow

scripting.

Expertise in various development utilities like Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts,

Script Includes etc.

Configure/Customize the ServiceNow solution to meet identified business requirements,

process guides and functional requirements.

Good knowledge in various ServiceNow areas like Service Portal, Integration Hub, Virtual Agent

etc.

Experience in Web development languages, specifically JavaScript, AngularJS, and HTML/CSS.

Experience in Web Service integrations using SOAP, REST, JSON, etc.

Good to have experience with custom applications in ServiceNow.

Participation in the full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and

promotion into Production.

Responsible for ServiceNow platform Administration, Development, Documentation and

Technical support.

Exposure to having worked in large organizations with Service Management tools.

Good stakeholder management and communication skills.

ServiceNow certifications.

ITIL Certification.
