LATAVCO (Prime) is seeking a temporary Conference Center Assistant Manager who is available to work a two+ months role from 7 am to 4 pm CT, Monday to Friday. Our Higher Education client is located in North Houston, TX. Expected start date is Monday, March 25, 2024. Hourly rate is $25.00 to $30.00 per hour on w2 DOE.

Our Higher Education client is seeking a temporary assistant manager at its conference center location at 20515 SH 249, Houston, TX. The essential job functions of the position are:

. Oversees daily and long term operations of the conference center.

. Develops and maintains all related contracts and documents related to events and meetings at the conference center.

. Creates, analyzes, and utilizes a variety of detailed reports.

. Continuously reviews, analyzes, and evaluates conference center operations seeking opportunities to improve services as needed.

. Schedules and prioritizes work and activities.

. Monitors and controls resources such as office supplies, marketing materials, conference center snacks, beverages, etc.

The assignment will be for approximately 45 days and may be extended. Regular operating hour will be from 7:00am to 4:00am CT and occasionally, overtime may be required. Start date of the assignment will be week of March 25, 2024.
