Description:
Objective:
Resource will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering Epic-based training for Cadence (scheduling and registration) and Tapestry (Referrals). Resource will train new hires, provide training upgrades, communicate system changes, maintain the Epic training environment, and support the upcoming implementation of Point of Sale with Chase InstaMed.
Specific Tasks:
Develop training plan.
Develop curriculum.
Develop eLearning.
Credentialing of new instructors.
Provide classroom training of end users.
Log class completion in HealthLearning.
Answer staff questions about workflows and functionality.
Maintain training environment.
Write and send monthly communications with end users.
Required Skills & Abilities:
Experience with Epic’s Cadence application and referrals for large health systems with multiple clinics and specialties.
One or more of following Certifications:
Epic Cadence Curriculum.
Epic Training Environment Build.
Epic Tapestry or strong understanding of referrals (preferred).
