RESPONSIBILITIES:

Defines, plans, and coordinates cross-functional teams by project ensuring timelines are met.

Schedules and leads project review meetings to highlight significant updates, assessing risks and risk mitigation plans with key project stakeholders.

Communicate effectively across teams and groups with a strong ability to reprioritize as necessary when changes to the scope of the project or shifts in the business occur.

Manage projects through to completion ensuring on-time delivery and maintaining overall assigned project ownership.

Develop and maintains metrics as they pertain to each project in the form of efficiencies and/or financial savings.

Provides weekly project status updates to key leadership members.

Strong ability to identify time and resources align with business priorities.

Build constructive business relationships with all stakeholders, including 3rd party vendors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

4-6 years of experience in Project Management in a supply chain related field.

Experience with Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Operations, and Technology.

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification strongly preferred.

Must be proficient in MS office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SharePoint, and Team.

Proficient in Asana or Monday.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Strong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Anticipated salary range: $96,720.00 - $120,900.00 USD annual
