Data operations specialist

We create AI and ML-powered software for the finance and lending industries, focused on repayment and debt recovery. We work to improve conversations between call center agents and customers and provide actionable insights. Our products use AI to create next-generation speech analytics that support real-time agent guidance, automated notes after conversations, and call analysis for quality assurance and compliance.

The team has deep technical talent today and we believe there is an opportunity to build an iconic vertical software business that will fundamentally impact how the multi-trillion-dollar debt industry is managed. Debt has such a massive impact on consumers and prior to Prodigal, the industry was saddled with painful, low value manual workflows, and poor customer experience- our mission is to humanize the debt repayment process through automation and data.

Join our data analytics team and contribute in shaping digital collections design, strategy, and execution. Utilize analytics to develop innovative debt recovery strategies, collaborating across departments for seamless integration. Drive optimization efforts to achieve key performance metrics and organizational goals in digital collections.

Location: Mumbai

CTC range: 6-9 LPA + ESOPs

Responsibilities :

Data Analysis, Reporting, and Insights

Analyze campaign data to evaluate effectiveness and generate detailed reports.

Present findings to senior management with actionable insights for strategy adjustments.

A/B Testing and Optimization

Conduct A/B testing on email/SMS elements to identify effective approaches.

Analyze results to enhance open rates, engagement, and payment conversion.

Campaign Execution and Management

Implement and manage email/SMS campaigns using advanced software tools.

Ensure high deliverability rates and engagement with digital marketing best practices.

Monitor and adjust strategies in real time for improved outcomes.

Requirements :

Good experience (1 - 2 years) with Data Analysis, SQL, and Tableau.

High reliability and attention to detail

Availability for 1-2 hours on weekends

Flexible to work in US hours (Eastern Time)
