Responsible for the annual Budgeting, Tracking actuals vs. budgeted, Variance Analysis, Monthly Projected Financials, Branch Profitability, Functional Costing MIS etc.

Preparation/Review of MIS for internal and external stakeholders

Assisting in Capital Raise and due diligence process.

ECL as per Ind AS norms

Enhancement in existing GL systems ( Oracle Fusion)

Monthly closing of the book, preparation of MIS profit & loss account, balance sheet, standard and special management reports etc

Automation of various sub process

Coordinating Leverage Function and ensuring Financial/qualitative covenants compliance of all lenders

Preparation/Review and submission of RBI Returns

Supervising various Audits

Supervising Accounting Payables
