Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AI Project Lead for a full-time, on-site role located in Bhopal. The AI Project Lead will play a pivotal role in managing the development and deployment of complex AI projects while leading a team of AI developers. Collaboration with other teams within the organization will be essential to ensure successful project delivery, alongside providing continuous improvements to project management processes.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent skills in computer vision, NLP, entity determination, motion detection, gaming AI, and LLM projects and demonstrate a proven track record of successfully delivered projects.

Hands-on experience with Computer Vision, OpenCV, and other visual recognition, object detection, and motion detection algorithms and libraries.

Implement MLOps best practices for model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.

Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to integrate ML models into backend services and applications.

Build and deploy ML microservices using containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Develop automation scripts and tools for CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment process.

Implement DevOps practices to ensure efficient development workflows and infrastructure management.

Optimize backend systems for handling large-scale data processing and real-time inference.

Conduct code reviews, perform testing, and ensure high code quality and security standards are maintained.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and DevOps technologies and incorporate them into projects as needed.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

5+ years of professional experience as a backend engineer, with a focus on AI and Python development.

Experience in designing and developing complex AI projects, with expertise in computer vision, NLP, entity determination, motion detection, gaming AI, and LLM.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of AI developers.

Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

Strong problem-solving skills utilizing Data Science/Machine Learning techniques.

Proficient in programming languages such as Python, and C++, with experience in associated tools like Pandas, Numpy, etc.

Familiarity with AI development frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.

Experience with cloud services such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.

Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and infrastructure as code (IaC).

Experience in designing and building scalable, distributed systems for machine learning applications.

Hands on MLOps experience and experience with tools like TensorFlow Extended (TFX), Kubeflow, or MLflow.

Knowledge of NLP libraries (NLTK, SpaCy, Transformers) and Computer Vision frameworks (OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Experience with deploying and managing large language models (LLMs) such as BERT or GPT.

Knowledge of Gaming AI, 3D Computer Graphics, Metaverse, ThreeJS, Unreal Engine, and Unity 3D will be an added advantage.

Salary & Compensation: CTC and remuneration will be at par with industry standards given that the position will be working on challenging projects for global clients.
