The International Dealer Program is a rapidly growing, solutions and service-oriented team within Alarm.com. Our primary focus is on providing continuous support to our international dealers, thereby ensuring the global adoption of our programs. We are seeking exceptional individuals to join our team in the role of Dealer Program Administrator. These individuals will be involved in the planning and launch of international dealer programs worldwide.

The Role

Dealer Program Administrators are proactive individuals who deeply immerse themselves in our customers' intricate business needs. They act as the voice of the customer, effectively communicating and advocating for their requirements to our internal teams. This role demands a curious and analytical mindset, sharp intuition for processes, and meticulous attention to detail.

As a Dealer Program Administrator, your mission will be to enhance dealer communication and assist program managers in various administrative and training tasks during the dealer program sales cycle. You will also be responsible for providing training and support to sales teams, aligning go-to-market strategies with Alarm.com Program Managers.

Core Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

Serve as the spokesperson for Alarm.com, effectively communicating significant program-related matters to senior management and customers.

Administer and maintain the current build of the Salesforce platform and collaborate with external consultants to assist in future builds of the Salesforce instance.

Collect and document business process requirements, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation.

Analyze customer usage, sales processes, implementation projects, and other operational activities, providing valuable feedback for improvement.

Assist in pre-and post-sales efforts, including sales training and administrative process tasks.

Contribute to pre- and post-sales customer experience projects, such as partner onboarding and demo coordination.

Engage in special projects focused on enhancing efficiency, quality, and accountability of sales and project delivery processes.

PowerPoint presentations, and BI reports, identify trends and provide conclusions on a monthly basis.

What We Value

Bachelor's degree.

1-3 years of experience in sales, program coordinator/management training role, or administrative.

Fluent in both Spanish and English.

Ability to travel up to 25%

Experience with Salesforce and reporting Systems.

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to build strong relationships, effectively convey ideas, and engage in productive debates. You have a natural ability to collaborate and inspire others.

Self-starter and proactive individual with a track record of successful collaboration with enterprise customers of varying levels of sophistication.

A highly iterative planning process. You thrive in a collaborative environment, actively listen to feedback, and adapt quickly. You prioritize collaboration and value teamwork.
