Anduril is seeking a Senior IT Systems Administrator to directly support our most sensitive programs. You will be a part of the team building and maintaining the critical classified infrastructure. You will have the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the world’s best engineers and cybersecurity professionals as you help to implement cutting edge systems. You will work directly with customers and systems deployed across the globe in support of national security missions all while gaining invaluable experience navigating complex cybersecurity regulation frameworks.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Build IT infrastructure at all classification levels and a variety of handling requirements (SAP, SCI) in ways that have not previously been done in classified spaces

Design, install, operate, maintain and troubleshoot classified IT systems consisting of a variety of operating systems (mainly Linux and Windows) and hardware

Work in close coordination with the ISSM and ISO in monitoring the information system(s) implementing configuration management across authorization boundaries

Serve as subject matter expert for classified IT matters that require escalation

Define, document and follow standards and best practices for systems design, testing, and implementation

Drive scripting and automation to develop solutions to common problems

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working with virtualized infrastructure (e.g., ESXi, Linux KVM, Hyper-V, Docker)

Extensive experience managing IT infrastructure in classified environments, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux-based systems

Familiarity with scripting languages like Bash and Python for automation and task orchestration in classified environments

Provides Tier 1 and 2 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems

Previous involvement in deploying IT systems from inception to operation, ensuring compliance with security requirements and regulations

Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware ESXi, Linux KVM, Hyper-V, and containerization platforms like Docker

Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols, with a strong understanding of security best practices in classified environments

Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices, working closely with Information Systems Security Managers (ISSMs) and Information Systems Security Officers (ISSOs)

Install and resolve software problems with applications to include secure print/scan, Sentris, VoIP, Gitlab, Microsoft SQL, Postgres, and WSUS

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline operational processes and enhance system reliability and security

Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues in development, test and production environments

Must possess and be able to maintain a U.S. TS Security clearance with a FSP

US Salary Range

$136,000—$275,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
