Responsibilities / 职责:

IMPORT OPERATION (TIME ALLOCATION: 40%)** / 进口操作 时间分配 40

Manage a portion of the companies Ocean & Air Freight/Road Transportation Import Clearance. / 管理公司海运 空运/公路运输进口清关的一部分

Interface with Government Agencies (PGA) such as FDA, EPA, USDA, FWS, etc. / 与FDA EPA USDA FWS等政府机构接触

Interface with Business Partners including Brokers, Forwarders, Ocean Carriers, Truckers, 3PLs, and warehouses. / 与包括经纪人 货代 海运公司 卡车司机 第三方物流和仓库在内的业务合作伙伴接触

TARIFF CLASSIFICATION (TIME ALLOCATION: 30%)** / 关税分类 时间分配 30

Transaction Review - Shipping log. / 交易审查 - 装运日志

POST-ENTRY ACTIVITIES (IF ANY) (TIME ALLOCATION: 5%)** / 进口后活动 如有 时间分配 5

Post Entry Amendments. / 进口后修正

Will need to navigate and potential Fines, Penaltys & Forfeiture. / 需要应对可能的罚款 处罚和丧失

Other – Petitions, Protests, Prior Disclosure, Audit. / 其他 - 申请 抗议 事先披露 审计

OTHER CUSTOMS COMPLIANCE TASKS (TIME ALLOCATION: 10%)** / 其他海关合规任务 时间分配 10

Consolidated Compliance Database Maintenance. / 综合合规数据库维护

Record Retention. / 记录保留

Business Support. / 业务支持

Qualifications / 任职要求:

College degree or above, major in logistics or foreign trade preferred. / 大专及以上学历 物流专业或外贸专业优先

3 years of experience in mainstream cross-border transportation operations, with a necessary understanding of the import customs clearance process. / 在主流跨境运输业务方面拥有3年经验 必须了解进口清关流程

Strong spoken and written English / 流利的英语口语和书面表达能力

Ability to organize a large quantity of files and data (good record retention habit is a must / 能够整理大量文件和数据 良好的记录保留习惯是必须的
