Salary: £37.500 per annum

Working Hours: Full time, Mon – Fri 37.5 Hours per week

Location: Peterborough area

At Serco we work with vulnerable people to provide them with safe compliant temporary accommodation across the East of England.

As part of the Gas team, you will be responsible for the reactive maintenance of gas appliances, Landlord’s safety certificates and the Planned maintenance of gas appliances.

You will work a 37.5-hour week Mon-Fri and will be provided with a company vehicle and all tools needed to carry out your job. You will receive your work on a PDA and be provided with a mobile phone.

Qualifications required:

ACS Qualifications CCN1, HTR1 CKR1 and CENWAT

Unvented Hot water (An advantage)

Full Driving Licence

Ability to manage time and workload.
