As a Business Operations Executive, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient functioning of our operations. This includes ensuring that our products are well-stocked and our customers are well-served in order to achieve reliability, maximum customer satisfaction and retention.
You will also work closely with the Fulfilment team to ensure that our office and warehouse is well-stocked, equipped and maintained to process daily orders as part of the end-to-end customer journey.
Role Description:
-Respond to communication across multiple channels, follow up internally where necessary, e.g. ensure accurate & timely orders processing, coordinate delivery schedules with the fulfilment team and maintain a healthy inventory accurately
-Participate cross-functionally within the company as part of the bizops team, especially relating to fulfilment, marketing, inventory and supply chain management
-Monitor inventory count and physical stock levels through close coordination with fulfillment team
-Plan the replenishment of stock by liaising with suppliers to reorder and restock as necessary
-Engage the customer on the customer journey from customer purchases and requests to delivery fulfillment, maximising the trends and patterns from SAP & CRM to maximise upsells, cross-sells and customer delight, e.g. sending birthday messages, automatically applying bonusing based on past purchase records and agreements
-Assist the Operations Manager to optimise, automate and document refined operational processes to achieve greater accuracy, efficiency, customer satisfaction and cost savings
-Act as a backup for team members in case they are unavailable e.g. be ready to respond to enquiries, process orders, etc. as well
Desired Qualities:
-Experience in business operations and/or B2B account servicing that requires cross-functional collaboration
-Proficient at utilising computer software for reporting and analysis e.g. Microsoft office including Excel
-Customer service and inside sales experience will be considered a bonus
-Positive attitude with progressive mindset and problem solving skills
-High attention to detail and good communication skills
Preferred:
-Proven ability in understanding sales to order process, and understanding of inventory management concepts
-Proven ability to utilise advanced tools for data visualisation and
analysis
