ACCOUNT MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Searching, developing, and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
• Monitor client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present reports on account performance.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
• Manage customer accounts and billing.
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATION:
• Requires a college graduate of any course.
• Requires at least 2-3 years of experience working in customer support in the retail industry.
• Good interpersonal skills, good written and communication.
• Willing to travel.
