Job description
We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Coordinate meetings and events and keeping Wix website current
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls
- Prepare financial documents such as invoices, checks and purchase orders
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning processes
- Perform general ledger reconciliation and journal entries
- Prepare financial reports for management review
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office setting and working with financial tasks
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts and accounting practices
- Experience with budgeting processes
- Excellent 10-key typing skills for accurate data entry
- Familiarity with payroll processing procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
