Project Director

Project Director.

*Serve as a liaison between Head Office management and the Site to ensure proper

implementation of Head Office functions within the project.

*Ensure projects are completed within budget, schedule, and meet client requirements and

business objectives.

*Lead the projects team to ensure timely submission of deliverables meeting client

expectations.

*Manage project team including project managers, construction managers, architects,

engineers, consultants, and administrative support.

*Monitor progress, provide financial control, and ensure project quality.

*Support Project Managers in project delivery and construction.

*Responsible for overall project progress and technical performance.

*Lead and manage projects team through all project phases.

*Ensure robust project plans and forecasts and regularly update them.

*Conduct periodic meetings with subordinates and core function managers to implement

company policies and procedures.

*Coordinate with Planning Department for project master schedule.

*Manage monthly payments, claims settlements, invoices, etc., through Contracts

Manager.

*Maintain positive project cash flow by monitoring billings, payables, and budget control

activities.

*Handle correspondence with project managers/consultants and attend progress meetings.

*Oversee project closeout reports and ensure client satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and regulations and job risk assessments.

Qualifications and Requirements :

1. BSc Engineering.

2. MA Construction Degree (Preferred).

3. Certificate of Project Management (Preferred).

4. 15-20 years' experience.

5. Good command of English language.

6. Knowledge in MS Office, Primavera, Revit, FIDIC.
