What you will Do:

as a trainer, you have to further source the agencies, train them, and monitor them. They will be assigned their clients and they have to keep a team to achieve the targets set by that client. Timings are 8 am to 6 pm UK time.

Qualifications:

- BS degree or equivalent.

- Updated LinkedIn account/indeed

- laptop and internet are necessary

Full-time role so they need to work 8 - 10 hours a day. Company timings are 8 am UK to 6 pm UK time, Monday to Friday, weekends are off. You can take breaks in between.

Training:

- Training will be provided by our management

1 week training for the role and after you have passed the training you will be endorsed to work on the projects for 3 weeks during which you have to achieve submissions or credits.

After three weeks, the successful candidates will be promoted to the Coordinator role, by hiring a team of 10 - 15 individuals (research analysts) and then training them on the same process of working on the projects as they have done themselves.
