Attorney – Litigation

Remote. For highly regarded law firm specifically focused on data privacy, data security eDiscovery, and information governance.

Work will be for regional/national/global clients providing innovative, and cost-effective solutions in the eDiscovery, information governance, and data privacy service markets.

**Ideal candidates has five years of experience practicing law with a strong interest in eDiscovery, information governance, and privacy.

**Must have a minimum of five years of commercial litigation experience

Position Requirements: Must have a minimum of five years of commercial litigation experience drafting briefs, motions, and pleadings, taking, and defending depositions, arguing motions, witness interviews, drafting discovery requests, and related litigation experience.

**Admission to the bar in a least one of the following jurisdictions is required: California, Illinois, Minnesota, Texas, Virginia, Washington, DC

Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Successful experience working in and with remote teams. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage a fast-paced workload while maintaining priorities and anticipating issues. Motivation to learn and understand technology and findings, effectively discuss those issues with technically skilled individuals, and convey findings for people without technology experience. Strong judgment and the ability to apply legal knowledge to problem solve by developing practical business solutions.

Salary $130k - $175k commensurate with experience.
