This role kicks off with a 6-month paid internship, with the potential to transition to a full-time position based on performance. As a Software Sales Associate, you'll be pivotal in propelling our company's expansion by promoting and vending our state-of-the-art software products and solutions to our clientele. Your Duties and Responsibilities:

Identify and cultivate fresh business opportunities by actively seeking out and assessing potential clients.

Conduct comprehensive market research to grasp customer requirements, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes, enabling effective positioning and differentiation of our software solutions.

Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, via various channels such as cold calling, email correspondence, social media platforms, and networking gatherings.

Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the features, advantages, and value proposition of our software solutions.

Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to craft tailored proposals and solutions that align with clients' specific needs.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management through CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.

Negotiate and finalize sales agreements while adhering to pricing parameters and sales targets.

Foster and sustain robust client relationships to ensure satisfaction and enhance customer retention.

Stay abreast of industry trends, product advancements, and competitor offerings to effectively articulate the value of our software solutions.

Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions to refine your sales acumen and stay abreast of the latest market trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master’s degree from a reputable university.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement and relationship building with diverse stakeholders.

Proficient problem-solving and negotiation skills to address customer needs and surmount objections.

Self-driven, goal-oriented, and adept at thriving in a sales environment driven by targets.

Enthusiastic about technology and eager to delve into software solutions and their practical applications.

Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in utilizing MS Office or similar productivity tools.

Previous experience in sales or customer service roles (internships, part-time jobs, or extracurricular activities) is advantageous but not mandatory.
