What you'll do:
Develop and implement the vision and strategy for the group ministry of the church
Provide recruitment, training, and ongoing resources as a catalyst for group pastors across all campuses - with a special emphasis on equipping local campus staff to develop their leadership pipeline
Create a multiplying mindset across all campuses for life group ministry
Oversee the development and curation of small group curriculum and resources
Actively engage in and contribute to monthly worship sessions during All Staff
Work closely with the pastoral staff to ensure small groups are integrated into the church's overall vision and mission
Provide pastoral care and support to church staff, small group leaders, and members
Work with the church's communication team to ensure clear communication for the vision of on and off-campus groups
Attend regular staff meetings and participate in other church-wide events as needed
Skills & Experience you’ve had:
A Bachelor's degree in theology, ministry, or a related field
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a pastoral role, preferably in a small group or discipleship ministry with significant off campus group experience
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with a diverse group of people
A heart for discipleship and passion for seeing others grow in their faith
Ability to work collaboratively with pastoral staff and volunteers
