Maintenance Manager / Superintendent / Supervisor– Paper Industry

Representing several different companies, we are recruiting talented Maintenance Managers who have Paper Mill experience! All positions offer excellent benefits, paid relocation, bonus potential, opportunities to move up and be promoted to other facilities.

***South

- Tissue Manufacturer has an immediate need for a Maintenance Superintendent with strong paper machines knowledge. Union Shop.

***Midwest

- Manage Mechanical Maintenance as a Maintenance Superintendent in a Union Shop.

- Lubrication Maintenance Supervisor.

Minimum requirements for all positions:

• At least 5 years relevant experience in a paper mill for Superintendents.

• At least 3 years of lubrication maintenance experience for the Supervisor position.

• Solid working knowledge of Maintenance management practices, supervision, and paper processes

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering - Electrical or Mechanical, preferred but will consider equivalent experience.
