Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient Android applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to deliver robust mobile solutions.
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications are at the forefront of innovation.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Android Developer with ArcGIS API. ArcGIS API refers to a set of application programming interfaces (APIs) developed by Esri, a leading provider of Geographic Information System (GIS) software and solutions.
• Solid understanding of the Android development ecosystem, UI/UX principles, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Java or Kotlin programming languages.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
• 2-4 years of experience in application design and project management.
• Experience with ArcGIS API. The ArcGIS API allows developers to integrate mapping and spatial analysis capabilities into their own applications, websites, and services, provides a set of tools and libraries.
• Experience with Android Studio and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Published apps on the Google Play Store.
