Qualifications:

- Having at least 8 months of B2B Lead Generation in the BPO Industry is a must.

- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities

- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

- Proven account management or other relevant experience

- A bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, or a related field is a plus.

- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment

- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
