Your Role in Our Journey

Administration: Offering help through live chat, processing emails, and issuing invoices in Greek and English.

Teamwork: Collaborating with the Global Customer Care Manager team to find customer-friendly solutions.

Problem Solving: Addressing high-priority requests such as teacher searches, organization, and booking.

Interface: Serving as the interface between our Global Customer Care Manager Department and our tutors.

Coordination: Organizing tutoring sessions and ensuring their smooth execution.

Strategic Retention: Identify and retain customers with the highest churn risk, maximizing the possibility of retention.

Your Impact

Skillset: Proficient in sales, personal leadership, business acumen, communication, and relationship building.

Fast Learner: Ability to quickly learn and implement new concepts and strategies.

Adaptable: Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and priorities.

Prioritization: Strong prioritization and time management skills to effectively manage tasks.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset, with a knack for building partnerships and working in teams.

Problem Solver: Proven ability to solve complex problems and negotiate successful outcomes.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or relationship management.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in Greek, with a good level of English proficiency.
