Job description:

Creation of construction drawings for construction sites

Involved in various projects such as office buildings, factories, schools, hospitals, apartment complexes, shrines and temples, etc.

Permanently stationed on-site, at the office, or at home

Salary:

Monthly salary 300,000 yen to 550,000 yen

Expected annual income: Annual income 4 million yen to 8.5 million yen

Qualification requirements:

People between 25 and 45 years old

Japanese language business level

Experience: 3 years or more of construction management experience, 3 or more years of non-residential construction experience of 100 million yen or more, 1st class construction management engineer or 1st class architect.

Working hours:

Weekdays: 8:00-17:00 (60 minutes break)

Holiday leave:

Work 5 days a week from Monday to Friday
