Project Scope of Work:

Services Required:

A SPC to the project that will help guide and coach the ART through 2 full program increments lasting 20 weeks.

A lean agile expert to help guide and coach the lean agile team through 10 two week sprints. This could be the same SPC.

Twice a week meeting with ART leadership on status and any concerns that need to be addressed.

Provide individual and team coaching on Agile frameworks, principles, and practices.This may include one on one coaching, workshops, or on the job support.

Help facilitating Agile ceremonies such as PI planning, increment planning, retrospectives, and daily team sync meetings.

Helping DWD with continuous improvement in Lean tools and techniques. This could include optimizing workflows and identifying bottlenecks.

Help and guidance with setting up a lean agile center of excellence.

Project Milestones/Deliverables:

Coach and guide development teams on the ART through two full Program Increments. We currently have 5 teams on the ART consisting of 30 members. We plan to add two teams to the ART in May taking the member count to around 40. Helping guide the teams through:

Architecture Sync

Iteration Planning

Iteration Review

Iteration Retrospectives

Team daily syncs

Coach and guide a development team separate from the ART through ten 2 week iterations. Helping them with:

Coaching for individuals and groups as needed. Such as:

Development teams

Scrum Masters

Release Train Engineer

LACE Creation

Defining processes and procedures.

Coaching to members of the LACE on expectations.
