We treat Older Adults & Geriatric patients in their Homes, Nursing Homes, and Assisted Living Facilities.

Full Time or Part Time Available

Mon - Fri: 8am - 4:30pm

No Nights or Weekends

Compensation:

$110K - $150K Per Year + Benefits

Requirements:

Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

New York Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License

New Grads OK!
