IT Support Staff - Project Based

Responsibilities:

- Ensures continuous availability of internet services and serves

- Implements control procedures for the installation of hardware and software to assure compliance with systems policy and accuracy of the hardware and software inventory

- Maintains the service and repair history of computers from acquisition onwards

- Performs on-site troubleshooting and field repairs of computers, peripherals and infrastructure; provides stand-by units for critical equipment pulled out for repairs

- Tests and installs newly acquired computer /network and peripheral equipment

Requirements:

- Holder of a college degree in Information Technology or any related courses on Computer Technology

- At least two (2) years work experience
