We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant with experience in appointment setting and cold calling, preferably with a background in the recruiting space. The ideal candidate will be proficient in LinkedIn outreach and email marketing and possess the ability to think outside of the box to generate leads and schedule appointments.

Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calling to potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments for our recruitment team.

Utilize LinkedIn outreach and email marketing strategies to engage with prospects and nurture relationships.

Research and identify new leads and opportunities in the recruiting industry.

Assist in developing and implementing creative strategies to attract clients and candidates.

Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and scheduling.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Appointment Setter, or similar role.

Background in the recruiting industry is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in cold calling techniques and appointment setting.

Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and email marketing tools.

Ability to work independently and think creatively to achieve targets.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer.
