Position Overview:

As a Surgery Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in our patient care team, collaborating with surgeons and healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding surgical care. This is a full-time position with regular hours, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a reputable private surgical practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with surgeons and healthcare team to provide pre-operative and post-operative care

Conduct patient assessments, histories, and physical examinations

Assist in surgical procedures and provide support in the operating room

Manage and coordinate patient care plans

Educate patients on surgical procedures, recovery, and postoperative care

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications:

Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of California

Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the Surgical specialty

Minimum of 2 years of experience in surgical nursing

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
