QuickCare is in search of a dynamic Social Media Lead based in Manila, Philippines, to spearhead brand growth and engagement. We are seeking a creative individual to elevate our online presence and engagement as our company continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute effective social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and user engagement.

• Curate and produce compelling content across platforms that resonates with QuickCare's mission and values.

• Analyze social media metrics for optimizing content and campaign performance.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overarching goals.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, providing strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Lead or in a comparable role.

• Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

• Proficient in Social Media Management Tools such as SEMrush, HubSpot, Hootsuite, and Buffer.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a creative and strategic mindset.

• Familiarity with the childcare industry or a passion for early childhood education is advantageous.
