DATA ENTRY OPERATOR

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. 5-Organize and maintain physical and electronic files in a systematic manner.

8-Generate reports and summaries based on entered data as required.

9-Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.

10-Assist in the development and improvement of data entry processes.

11-Respond promptly to data-related inquiries and provide support to colleagues as needed.

Requirements:

1-Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role.

2-Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

3-Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word).

4-Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

5-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
