Destination Coordinator (Remote)

Our host company works with various major vendors, which allows our agents to customize the clients vacation and build their business! This is a remote business opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, tours, transportation, and other activities.

Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on destinations, travel itineraries, and attractions.

Collaborate with travel suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to negotiate rates and package deals for clients

Maintain relationships with travel partners, vendors and clients.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Stay up to date on the travel industry and policies

Complete required certification within a timely manner

Complete ongoing training with our company and travel partners

Skills and Requirements:

Must be over 18 years of age, and a resident of the United States

Must have a smartphone and/or a computer, with reliable internet access

Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively

Ability to make travel and event recommendations based on clients interests

Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional experiences for clients
