We are an innovative courier company that provides rapid on-demand delivery of business and personal items to local businesses and communities. We are seeking a result-driven sales associate/representative that will be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. The sales representative’s duties and responsibilities include working closely with business clients to identify and determine their delivery needs, regularly meeting with clients to answer any questions that they might have about our service, and build a rapport with them. You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client’s satisfaction. To be successful as a sales representative, you will be proactive in communicating with clients, staying on top of client’s contacts and inquiries, and displaying and maintaining an utmost professionalism perception of yourself and company’s service. You will be responsible for setting your own sales goal and quota as the more leads that are converted to actual client, the more that you will make. Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Identify viable leads and manage prospects to acquire new, profitable commercial, industrial, and recycling business to meet and exceed monthly established targeted revenue goals

• Schedule and document all activities and develop robust information profiles on prospective customers to facilitate the acquisition of new customers

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective new clients and follow up with key customer decision makers and to close sales

• Conduct prospecting activities including cold calling or walk in sales to establish initial and follow up appointments with business decision makers

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the Company's available services, lines of business, and pricing structures

• Build and maintain productive trust relationship with clients

• Perform other job related duties as necessary

Knowledge, Skill, Experience:

• High School Diploma at minimum, college degree is a plus

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a service-related industry is a plus but not required

• Experienced or eager to learn about marketing, sales or similar roles.

• Proficiency in English language and writing

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to perform under pressure and address client’s concerns or inquiries in a timely manner

• Familiar with technologies like smartphone and apps.

• Experienced in traditional marketing, social media and digital marketing is a plus.

• Experienced in selling in an outbound B2B and B2C role is a plus

• A high level of integrity

• Bilingual is a plus

Compensation:

• Uncapped Commission structure – opportunity to earn well over $100K with 1-2 years of post-lead conversion revenues
