Non CDL OTR Driver

We are seeking a Non CDL Over the Road (OTR) driver to partner with another driver as a Team! This position will be On the Road (OTR) up to 4-5 days a week.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Team Drive - On the Road (OTR) up to 4-5 days per trip, out of state and long distances, one driver is "on duty" and driving, the other driver is "off duty" and sleeping

Able to drive 26' Box Truck (sleeper)

Adhere to assigned routes and following time schedules while prioritizing personal safety and the safety of those around you

Experience or willing to learn to use ELOGS

Comply with DOT regulations

Excellent customer service skills and professional attitude when on a customer job site

Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and communicate any problems or issues to dispatch/managers

Clean, wash and sanitize assigned vehicles

Minimum Requirements and Employee Expectations

Must be at least 21+ years of Age

Possess a valid driver’s license (Non-CDL) with a For-Hire Endorsement

US Passport/Passport Card is a plus

At least three (3) year’s commercial driving experience operating a DOT truck

Must have a valid driver’s license (Non-CDL) and DOT Medical Card or you must have the ability to obtain a DOT medical card

Acceptable driving record (2 or fewer moving violations in the past 3 years and no DWI/DUI in the past 5 years for insurance purposes). Two or less ‘Moving Violations’ in the past 3 years. Zero instances of ‘DWI/DUI’ in the past 5 years

Successful completion of a background check and drug screening

Lift at least 45 lbs. Walk, stand, reach, bend and sit for extended periods of time, Climb/step-up into a truck cab

Basic computer, tablet and/or smartphone skills and GPS and other routing systems

Dependable, reliable and willingness to learn and be trained

Must NOT be restricted for access on military bases and government facilities

Salary: $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
