Work schedule: Mondays - Fridays (whole day) and Saturday (half day)
Salary: 30,000 to 35,000 PHP per month
Job Overview
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
This is a full-time managerial role located at Antipolo Del Norte, Lipa City, Batangas.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
Plan, coordinate, and manage all administrative procedures and systems
Execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning
Manages the talent acquisition process and ensures that the recruiters within the department are properly equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need
Advising on wage and other issues, including promotion and benefits; administer payroll and maintain staff records
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and office administration
Maintains compliance with local government units’ laws and regulations, ensuring completeness and timeliness of necessary permits
Analyzing training needs in conjunction with line managers; planning and delivering training, including staff inductions
Oversees the implementation of disciplinary procedures, investigations, and follows the due process in labor law
Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system and other systems implemented by the organization
Manage company events which promote employee engagement and wellness
Manage office facilities, supplies, and equipment to ensure a productive and efficient work environment
Administrative
Prepare and submits Manpower Report, from hiring to separation;
Monitor and distribute evaluation forms to immediate supervisor on a timely manner;
Process employee movements through Notice of Personnel Action form;
Provide administrative supports by encoding, printing, filing, photocopying, answering telephone calls, maintaining equipment and supplies;
Employee Relations
Prepare and draft Notice of Explain (NTE) based on submitted and discussed Incident Report/s;
Draft Notice of Disciplinary Action (NDA) based on the evidences and recommendations;
Coordinate/ clarify with Immediate Supervisor of erring personnel details of behavioral concerns;
Attend employees' queries and concerns;
Conduct employment counseling and coaching to deployed employees as endorsed by the Department Heads;
Conduct Exit Interviews to resigning employees under the assigned Departments.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Administrations, Human Resources or any related field
At least 5 yrs. of experience as an HR or Admin - preferably from the e-commerce or retail industry
Employee Records Administration and Maintenance, Database Management - Records Management, Business Writing skills
Above average communication and presentation skills
Proficient in MS Office Programs
Comfortable in dealing with LGU Offices (SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, BIR)

Very good in problem-solving
With a sense of urgency and capable of meeting deadlines
Proactive and collaborative
Amenable to work on site located at Lipa City, Batangas
