Role Description

This is a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor role located in Ludhiana. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are cleaned to high standards, maintaining stock levels of cleaning materials and consumables, and adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor role

Excellent communication and motivational skills

Ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and lead by example

High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail

Knowledge of cleaning materials, proper storage, and disposal methods

Familiarity with health and safety guidelines and procedures

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required

Preferably a High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or housekeeping management is a plus
