General management of hospitality for guests staying at the hotel

As a hotel manager, charge of comprehensive management of people, goods, money, and information.

[People management] Part-time recruitment, attendance management, employee training and evaluation, shift creation, etc.

[Property management] Purchase of equipment, selection of contractors, judgment on repairs, etc.

[Money management] Sales analysis, management, reporting, management of small lots, etc.

[Information management] Market research, pricing, participation in meetings

Trial/Training: Trial period (3 months) - Employment conditions are the same as for regular recruitment

Japanese: Business level

English: Business level

Required experience:

Hotel member education experience

Working hours:

Flexible working hours system on a monthly basis

13:00 22:00
